  • Nexora Academy staff, instructors, and guest speakers.

  • Any interactions on our online platforms, social media, or in-person settings.

We expect all individuals to:

  • Be Inclusive: Value diversity and create an environment that is welcoming to all, regardless of background, ability, or perspective.

  • Engage Positively: Contribute constructively to discussions, activities, and group work.

  • Follow Instructions: Adhere to guidelines provided by instructors and staff to ensure the smooth running of sessions.

  • Protect Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and the materials provided.

4. Prohibited Behaviour

The following behaviours are not tolerated:

  • Harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or other characteristics.

  • Use of offensive or inappropriate language or gestures.

  • Disruptive behaviour that interferes with the learning experience of others.

  • Unauthorised sharing or reproduction of course materials.

  • Use of the platform for illegal or unethical activities.

5. Reporting Issues

If you witness or experience any behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately.

  • Include details of the incident, including date, time, and individuals involved.

All reports will be handled with discretion and investigated promptly.

6. Consequences of Misconduct

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

  • Removal from the course, event, or platform without refund.

  • Suspension or permanent exclusion from Nexora Academy activities.

  • Referral to legal authorities if necessary.
